Who We Help

Personalized hormone therapy for women navigating hormonal shifts.

Hormone therapy can reduce hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, and the daily discomfort that comes with hormonal changes, helping you feel like yourself again. We see adult women 18 and over dealing with perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-hysterectomy symptoms, as well as medically appropriate testosterone therapy for Nebraska patients.

Perimenopause. Irregular cycles, night sweats, mood shifts, sleep problems, and brain fog, often starting in your 40s, sometimes earlier. Perimenopause treatment →

Menopause & Postmenopause. Full hormone optimization for hot flashes, bone health, mood, and vaginal/sexual wellness. Menopause HRT →

Surgical or Early Menopause. Hysterectomy, oophorectomy, or medical menopause before 45, where thoughtful HRT is especially important.

Testosterone for Women. Medically appropriate testosterone therapy for libido, energy, and well-being. Available to Nebraska patients only. Testosterone therapy →

Told Your Labs Are "Normal." You feel terrible, but other providers say nothing is wrong. We evaluate beyond a single lab result, looking at the full clinical picture.

Bioidentical Preference. You want bioidentical hormone options over older synthetic formulations, prescribed with proper medical oversight. Bioidentical HRT →

🧬

Ongoing Lab Monitoring

Hormone therapy is not "set and forget." We monitor your labs, symptoms, and overall health regularly to keep treatment safe and effective long-term.

How It Works

Thorough intake. Careful monitoring. Personalized care.

1

Initial Consultation

A 60-minute intake ($225) reviews your symptoms, medical and family history, current medications, and goals. We order baseline labs as clinically indicated.

2

Personalized Plan

Based on your labs and symptoms, we build an individualized hormone therapy plan, with bioidentical options where appropriate, with clear dosing and monitoring schedules.

3

Follow-Up & Monitoring

Follow-up visits ($125) with repeat labs as scheduled. We adjust doses and formulations as your body responds, ensuring safety and effectiveness over time.

Our Approach

Safety first.
Symptoms always.
You, in the driver's seat.

Hormone therapy done well can transform how you feel. Hormone therapy done carelessly can cause real harm. We take this seriously. We start with a thorough intake, continuing with proper lab monitoring, and adjusting as your body responds over time.

Because we are also a Family Nurse Practitioner practice, we consider your full picture: thyroid function, metabolic health, mental health, bone density risk, breast and cardiovascular history. Hormones do not live in isolation, and neither does your care.

We serve women in Omaha, Papillion, Bellevue, Elkhorn, Gretna, and 16 states total via telehealth. Testosterone therapy is limited to patients physically located in Nebraska due to state prescribing regulations.

01

Symptom-Led

We treat how you feel, not just a lab number. Your symptoms drive the plan, with labs to guide safety.

02

Lab-Monitored

Baseline and ongoing labs to catch issues early, avoid overmedication, and optimize dosing for your body.

03

Bioidentical Options

Bioidentical hormone preparations where clinically appropriate, with plain-language discussion of risks and benefits.

04

Whole-Body Lens

Your mood, metabolism, sleep, and heart health all interact with hormones. We consider the full picture.

Whole-Health Approach

Can we address mental health or weight loss during my hormone visit?

Yes, we care about your whole health.

During a hormone therapy visit, we may discuss mood, weight, sleep, and metabolic health if they connect to your hormonal symptoms. These systems interact every day.

However, medical treatment, prescriptions, or dose changes for mental health or weight loss must be handled through a separate dedicated visit, since those services are billed and scoped differently. We coordinate care across visits if needed.

Lab Monitoring Is Not Optional

Hormone replacement therapy requires ongoing monitoring to ensure the safest and most effective treatment. Patients agree to complete labs when requested, stay current with recommended age-appropriate screenings (mammography, bone density as indicated, cardiovascular assessment), and notify their provider of any new medical conditions, medication changes, or side effects.

Failure to complete required labs may delay refills or require pausing treatment. This is not bureaucratic. It protects you from real, preventable harm.
