Clinical Care Network

Better care happens when providers collaborate.

Our practice partners with trusted independent therapy professionals to support whole-person healing, so every patient has access to the right specialist at the right time.

Our Model

Independent practitioners. One shared commitment.

Midwest Mind & Body partners with independent therapy practices through an "in-office partnership" model. Each partner runs their own practice, but we refer patients to and from one another, collaborate on shared cases (with patient consent), and coordinate care so nothing falls between the cracks. The result: faster access, better outcomes, and care that treats you as a whole person, not a collection of appointments.

Curated, Not Random. Our partners are vetted clinicians whose work we know and trust. We refer patients with confidence, not out of convenience.

Coordinated Care. With patient consent, we share relevant clinical information so medication management and therapy work together, not in parallel silos.

Specialty Match. Different partners bring different specialties: trauma, EMDR, couples, aging, grief, Christian-based approaches. We match you to the right fit.

No financial relationship with referral partners.

We do not pay, receive, or share any remuneration for patient referrals, and the therapy practices listed below are independent businesses with no ownership, financial, or compensation ties to Midwest Mind & Body Healthcare. Referrals are made solely on clinical judgment and patient fit. This practice is consistent with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b), the federal Stark Law (42 U.S.C. § 1395nn), and applicable state self-referral laws.
